Rehearsals started

Nothing beats performing your own music in front of a live audience Not in our opinion. Right now we're having lots of fun putting together a smokin' live show that will give you everything and more. The band already started rehearsing, as soon as we have the vocalists together, these rehearsals will commence too.

Bass-ics II

We're glad to announce that we have found the new Frimangron bassplayer! His name is Edwin Siebes, we'll see to it that more of him can be found asap on this website. Soon we will introduce the full live band to you all.

The Final Phase @ Audioworkx

On the 4th of November, mastering of the album will finally take place. After some delay due to technical problems with our initial mixes, which have been wonderfully adressed by the great guys at Audioworkx, we can now finally enter the final stage of the completion of this album. We strongly believe that this album now has become the best it can be and feel very grateful to be able to put our music out there. Two songs mixed by Mike Manders, one song by Ted Masseurs and the other songs by Toon de Quant, the album has really become something very special and unique!

Bass-ics

Much to our regret, we have to try and find another state-of-the-art bass player, for our friend Eric Coenen, due to some important events in his private circumstances , had to renounce his place in Frimangron, which he took with so much pride and joy. Thank you for your love and dedication Eric! We feel truly proud to have had you with us on this album.

It will be hard to find someone that fit his shoes, but we are convinced optimists (that’s the best attitude in this business anyway...).

Done mixing

Today, on Tuesday the 29th of June, the last trackmixes were completed. On to the next phase: mastering "Here I Stand", the album the world of course has been long waiting for. Drums, bass and guitars were recorded at Sandlane Recording Facilities. All backingvocals were recorded at the Starlight Studio except for “First Times” which was recorded at the Audioworkx studio, as were all leadvocals.

Mixed at the Audioworkx studio by Mike Manders, this album will prove te be something special! So if all goes well and the Gods remain mercyful, Frimangron might actually deliver it's debut this summer. Sweet anticipation...
